Vertu Honda Derby staff were good becauseAfter 60 years of buying cars for my private use (1 every 2 1/5 -3 years), I have never put pen to paper, only in anger for a disappointing service during buying a car that I wanted. So, I was amazed to find that there are some excellent services, if you take the time to look, this time I have found one that fits the bill. Two years ago, I went to replace my car and was amazed at the very poor approach and sales staff at the showrooms, that after a few chosen woods to the staff, I walked out. So that was my first choose down the pan, I then had a fall-back plan, so I drove down the road to the Honda (Derby) showroom. What a revelation, I was greeted with care and attention even though they had no idea of my intensions. The other showroom staff could not sell a freezer in the Caribbean but these people from Honda (Derby) where a revelation in their approach. I subsequently brought a car from them, that was two years ago and during that time their attention to detail and personal approach never wavered. So, I have just brought another Honda CR-V Advance Hybrid, it suites our needs perfectly and if it’s as good as the last one, which I expect it will be, then my wife and I will be enjoying the comfort and pleasure driving it.
